At Zenxhookah.com, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for unused, unopened, and resalable items returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories.

  • Due to the nature of hookah products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on used, opened, or partially consumed items for health and safety reasons.

 

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used hookah products, tobacco, or accessories

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and digital products

 

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us at sales@zenxhookah.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

 

 

4. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, contact us at sales@zenxhookah.com with your order number.

  • After approval, you may need to ship the item back to us at your own cost (unless the error was ours).

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

 

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider.

  • If the issue persists, contact us at sales@zenxhookah.com and we’ll help resolve it.

 

 

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.

 

 

7. Zenxhookah.com Rights

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
