Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

 

How to Request a Cancellation

  • To request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately at 📧 sales@zenxhookah.com with your order number.

  • Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation.

 

 

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from your refund.

 

 

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

  • Pre-orders or special/custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, as these items are reserved or ordered specifically for you.

 

 

Zenxhookah.com Rights

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

    • Suspected fraudulent activity

    • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions in your location

    • Inventory or pricing errors

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.
